30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is very simple. If you are not happy with your purchase with Amber Beverly Hills, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days from the order date. Please see rules and return procedure below.
- Amber Beverly Hills (Amber Beverly Hills) offers a thirty (30) Day Return Policy for any commissionable products, limited to one (1) opened bottle per customer.
- Amber Beverly Hills reserves the right to reject repetitive returns or replacements.
- Packages returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) will be charged an additional administrative processing fee of $20 per order, and may be delayed in the refund or replacement process.

Customers may be subject to additional shipping charges for any package that was undeliverable and returned to Amber Beverly Hills. Reasons for packages being unable to be delivered include, but are not limited to:
- Apartment # required for delivery
- Consignee requested package to be returned to shipper
- Correct consignee name required for delivery
- Customer unavailable to Sign
- Incomplete address
- Incorrect street # provided
- Multiple errors in address -unable to resolve
- Package not picked up by receiver at the shipping facility
- PO Box delivery unavailable
- Receiver cancelled order
- Receiver did not want
- Receiver has moved
- Undeliverable-address requires security clearance
Procedure for all Returns
- Submit a refund request by emailing info@amberserum.com and include the following information:
- Order ID/Number
- Service Requested (Refund, Exchange, or Replacement)
- Detailed Reason of the Service Requested
- Upon receipt of the request and approval of the Service Requested, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) will be emailed back to the requester.
- The RMA # is required on all returns and must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
- The product(s) to be returned must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.
- After Amber Beverly Hills receives the returned merchandise, Amber Beverly Hills will refund the order within ten (10) business days.
- Return the product with the original order confirmation or packing slip to Amber Beverly Hills.
- Products shipped must be packaged in a manner that prevents damage to the product in transit.
- We recommend the sender to insure and track all returns, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround
Orders placed with Amber Beverly Hills will be shipped SAME DAY, if the order is placed on a weekday, before 4:00 PM Pacific. Orders will also ship same day if placed before 11:00 AM Pacific on Saturdays. Otherwise, orders will be shipped the following business day. The exceptions to this are postal holidays, and special circumstances, which we will notify through Amber Beverly Hills social media and/or email outlets. If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this same day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs/importation laws before ordering from Amber Beverly Hills! We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, but will assist you with any information needed to clear customs to the best of our ability In addition, International orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.
International Mail/Freight Forwarding Services
Order Tracking: If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the approximate weight and size of the products ordered, and your shipping destination. The cost of shipping will be reflected on the order confirmation page prior to submitting payment for your order.
